Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Private Guest Chauffeur to join our luxury transportation team. This role is crucial for ensuring our guests, particularly those visiting for tourism or staying at AirBnB properties in the Denver Metro area, receive exceptional and reliable transportation services. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable driving skills, a strong understanding of local routes and attractions, and a dedication to providing discreet, comfortable, and timely service. You will be an integral part of our commitment to delivering a world-class hospitality experience, making every journey safe, enjoyable, and effortless for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport guests to their desired destinations, including airports, tourist attractions, and various AirBnB properties.
- Maintain the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness, appearance, and operational readiness.
- Adhere strictly to schedules and itineraries, anticipating potential delays and adjusting routes as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with luggage, offering local insights, and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and itineraries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Manage and maintain accurate trip logs and expense records.
- Stay informed about local traffic patterns, road conditions, and popular events to ensure optimal route selection.
Required Skills
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur or commercial driving experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the Denver Metro area, including major attractions, hotels, and airport logistics.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles safely and smoothly.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
