Job Description
Are you a natural communicator with a passion for helping others? Do you excel at written communication and problem-solving? Teleperformance is seeking dedicated Remote Chat Agents to join our dynamic team. This is a text-based role where you will assist customers through online chat, providing support, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and courteously. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while enjoying comprehensive full benefits. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. No phone calls involved – all interactions are through chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner via text-based chat.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues accurately and promptly.
- Navigate multiple systems and and tools to research solutions and gather information.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
- Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems.
