Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Remote AI Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is 100% work-from-home and focuses on fostering vibrant online communities around Google’s AI products and initiatives through various social media platforms. You will be instrumental in building relationships with users, developers, and AI enthusiasts, driving engagement, gathering feedback, and representing Google’s brand with authenticity and expertise. If you have a deep understanding of social media trends, a passion for artificial intelligence, and a knack for community building, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow and engage Google's AI communities across platforms (e.g., Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, Discord).
  • Monitor and respond to community discussions, questions, and feedback, ensuring a positive and informative user experience.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content (text, image, video) tailored for different social media channels to spark conversations and promote AI-related updates.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers, thought leaders, and power users within the AI community.
  • Track, analyze, and report on community growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to relay community feedback and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Organize and facilitate online events, Q&As, and discussions to foster interaction and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements, social media trends, and community management best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technologies.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights from social media metrics.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience managing online communities for a technology or AI-focused product.
