Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and motivated General Utility Hand to provide essential all-areas warehouse support. In this critical role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Boulder facility. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment. You will be a vital part of our team, helping us maintain high standards of organization, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general warehouse duties including sorting, packing, loading, and unloading materials.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting, organizing, and relocating stock.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, aisles, and workstations.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks as required to meet operational demands.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Capability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Adherence to all safety guidelines and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Forklift certification (not required, but a plus).
