Job Description
Join FedEx as a Logistics Coordinator, playing a crucial role in orchestrating the movement of goods through our intricate supply chain network. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities for FedEx freight.
- Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates to customers and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth transportation processes.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and other shipping manifests.
- Optimize routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
