In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of vital documents, ensuring every record is precisely filed and easily retrievable. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately file, retrieve, and maintain physical and digital documents according to established protocols.
- Ensure all documents are categorized, labeled, and stored correctly, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Perform regular audits of filing systems to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring information is input with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage document retention schedules and assist in the archiving or destruction of outdated records.
- Respond to requests for documents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Support general administrative duties as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize filing processes and improve efficiency.
