Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Records Management – High Accuracy Admin to join our remote team. This crucial role involves managing and maintaining sensitive company records with exceptional precision and confidentiality. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, organizing digital and physical documents, and supporting various administrative functions from a home office setting. This position demands a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process, organize, and file both digital and physical records according to established company protocols.
- Perform regular audits of records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with data retention policies.
- Manage document retrieval requests efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
- Support the transition of physical documents to digital formats, utilizing scanning and data entry techniques.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper recordkeeping practices are followed.
- Identify and implement improvements in records management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a secure and organized remote workspace to protect sensitive information.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to data security and privacy.
- Prepare reports on records management activities as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or data entry experience, preferably in records management.
- Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
