Job Description

In this crucial role, you will work alongside our delivery drivers, assisting with the safe and efficient delivery of packages to homes and businesses. This is a physically active role, perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a dynamic team. No prior experience is necessary – we provide all the training you need!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist delivery drivers with the loading and unloading of packages from delivery vehicles.
- Navigate routes efficiently alongside the driver, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Safely move packages from the vehicle to the customer's doorstep, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, representing Amazon professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and dispatch regarding delivery progress and any issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
Required Skills
