As an IKEA Desk Aide, you will be an integral part of our furniture department, providing essential administrative support, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with basic inquiries, product location, and general store information, with a focus on furniture.
• Maintain the organization and tidiness of the furniture department's information desks and designated areas.
• Support the furniture sales team by preparing necessary documents, price tags, and promotional materials.
• Help manage incoming calls and direct customers to appropriate departments or specialists.
• Monitor and replenish stationery and office supplies for the furniture department.
• Assist with basic data entry and administrative tasks as needed to support department operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
• Learn and adhere to IKEA's customer service standards and operational procedures.
