Job Description
Are you a TikTok enthusiast with a passion for digital trends and a knack for engaging content? Media.Monks is seeking an energetic and creative Online TikTok Assistant to support our initiatives targeting a Gen Z audience, specifically 15-year-old teens. This unique role involves staying on top of the latest TikTok trends, assisting with content ideation, scheduling, and ensuring a positive and safe online presence. If you love spending time on TikTok, understand youth culture, and are eager to contribute to dynamic digital campaigns, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on trending TikTok sounds, challenges, filters, and creators relevant to a 15-year-old demographic.
- Assist in brainstorming and developing creative content ideas for TikTok platforms, tailored to youth interests.
- Help manage content schedules and ensure timely posting of engaging videos and stories.
- Provide feedback and insights on content performance and audience engagement.
- Support basic video editing and content optimization for TikTok, as needed.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and promotes a positive, safe, and inclusive online environment.
- Collaborate with content creators and internal teams to execute TikTok strategies.
- Research competitor activity and emerging social media platforms.
