Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple clients, as assigned or chosen, on weekend schedules.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across different time zones.
- Handle email correspondence, organize inboxes, and draft professional communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents using various software applications.
- Conduct research and compile information on various topics as requested by clients.
- Assist with social media scheduling, content creation, and community management if applicable to client needs.
- Maintain organized digital files and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proactively identify client needs and offer solutions to improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Previous experience working remotely in a virtual assistant or administrative role.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
