Job Description

We provide comprehensive technical repair training, equipping you with the skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Apple products. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in and complete all assigned technical repair training programs.
  • Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across a range of Apple products, including iPhone, Mac, and iPad.
  • Perform accurate and timely repairs following Apple's guidelines and standards.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient technical support to customers.
  • Explain technical issues and solutions clearly and patiently to customers with varying levels of technical understanding.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the repair area.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy and customer information.
  • Continuously update knowledge on new Apple products, services, and repair techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and store operations.
