Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Chat Sentiment Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously analyzing customer chat interactions across our sales channels to identify sentiment trends, key issues, and opportunities for improvement. Your insights will directly inform sales strategies, product development, and customer service enhancements, playing a crucial part in optimizing our customer experience and sales performance. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth sentiment analysis on a high volume of sales chat transcripts to identify customer emotions, intent, and recurring themes.
  • Categorize and tag chat interactions based on specific criteria, sentiment, and resolution status.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards summarizing sentiment trends, pain points, and areas for sales improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide ongoing feedback on customer sentiment shifts.
  • Identify emerging patterns in customer feedback that may indicate new product opportunities or service challenges.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity in all analyses.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or a similar analytical role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in text-based communication.
  • Strong proficiency in using analytical tools and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data insights clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
