Job Description
Are you observant, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer service? Kroger is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Secret Shoppers in Louisville, KY! This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute directly to enhancing our customer experience, with no prior experience required. As a Secret Shopper for Kroger, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving the in-store experience for our customers across various locations in Louisville, KY. You will visit designated Kroger stores, acting as a regular customer, and objectively assess service quality, product availability, store cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. Your detailed feedback will provide invaluable insights, helping us ensure our stores consistently meet the high standards our customers expect and deserve. This contract position offers flexible hours, allowing you to fit assignments into your schedule. This role involves on-site store visits within the Louisville area, with flexible remote work for report submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet in-store visits to assigned Kroger locations as a regular customer.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the store environment, including cleanliness, product display, staff attentiveness, and checkout efficiency.
- Interact with store associates in a typical customer scenario to assess service quality.
- Complete detailed online reports accurately and promptly after each visit, providing objective feedback and specific examples.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details and findings.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each shopping assignment.
