Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to leverage their sales skills in the real estate sector, working entirely from home. The primary focus of this role is to prospect for new clients, nurture leads, and set appointments for our team of expert real estate agents. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including warm and cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Qualify leads to determine their motivation, needs, and timeline for buying or selling property.
- Nurture relationships with prospective clients, providing valuable information and building rapport.
- Schedule qualified appointments for real estate agents to meet with potential buyers and sellers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads consistently to convert them into solid opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and company listings.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity targets.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales or telemarketing, preferably in a remote setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-making.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude towards sales challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate sales or lead generation.
- Familiarity with the Antigonish and Nova Scotia real estate market.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A valid real estate license (not required for ISA role, but a plus for understanding).
