Job Description
Are you passionate about beauty and eager to master the art of acrylic nail sculpting? House of Polish Birmingham is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Acrylic Nail Apprentice to join our thriving salon. This is an incredible opportunity for an individual with little to no prior experience to gain hands-on training from seasoned professionals in a high-demand skill set. You will learn the fundamentals of nail care, advanced acrylic application, intricate sculpting techniques, and client consultation, all within a supportive and creative environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior nail technicians with client preparation, including cleaning and sanitizing tools and workstations.
- Observe and learn various acrylic application methods, sculpting techniques, and nail art designs.
- Practice nail preparation, tip application, and acrylic bead placement under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic salon environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring their comfort.
- Learn about different nail products, their uses, and proper storage.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to continuously develop skills.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Eventually perform basic nail services independently as skills develop and proficiency is demonstrated.
