Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via various online channels (chat, email, potentially phone) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately identify customer needs, provide solutions, and resolve issues effectively on the first contact.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum speeds required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role (even informal experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
