Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFH Concentrix Logistics Clerk with a Global Supply Chain focus to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to critical global logistics operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the efficient flow of goods and information across international supply chains, performing essential administrative and data management tasks. Your contributions will help maintain the integrity and fluidity of our clients’ global logistics networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage logistics documentation, including purchase orders, shipping manifests, and customs declarations.
- Perform accurate data entry into various logistics and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates on their status to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies in shipments.
- Maintain organized records of all logistics activities and communications.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and shipping costs.
- Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements within the supply chain.
- Respond to inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Associate's degree or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
