Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee and thrive in a bustling environment? We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Baristas to join our team in Lichfield’s busy tourist hubs. This role offers the perfect opportunity for individuals looking for engaging work during peak seasons, with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. You’ll be instrumental in crafting exceptional coffee, providing outstanding service, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, to Costa Coffee's high standards.
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including customer seating areas, ensuring health and safety regulations are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory management.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues during busy periods.
