Join the FedEx team as a Part-time Weekend Parcel Sorter in Rio Rancho, New Mexico! This is a fast-hire opportunity for individuals seeking reliable weekend employment. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload incoming parcels from trucks and containers.
- Sort packages based on destination, size, and type using established procedures.
- Scan package labels accurately to track and route shipments.
- Load sorted packages onto outgoing vehicles for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and operational protocols.
- Operate manual pallet jacks or other equipment as needed (training provided).
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sorting.
- Reliable and punctual attendance on weekends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic comprehension of English for safety instructions and sorting guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
