Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment using voice-activated picking systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently after proper training (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Ensure orders are picked correctly, maintaining product quality and integrity.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods (up to 25 lbs regularly).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies (voice picking).
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment (not required, but a plus).
- Basic understanding of inventory procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
