Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an AI Creativity Rater, where you will play a crucial role in evaluating and refining the creative outputs of advanced AI models. This position involves critically assessing AI-generated content, including design concepts and written text, to ensure high standards of creativity, coherence, and relevance. Your detailed feedback will directly contribute to the improvement and development of Google’s cutting-edge AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated design concepts for originality, aesthetic appeal, and user experience effectiveness.
- Assess AI-generated written content for grammar, style, tone, factual accuracy, and creative flair across various topics.
- Provide clear, constructive, and detailed feedback based on comprehensive guidelines and criteria.
- Identify potential biases, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement in AI outputs.
- Adhere to strict quality standards and confidentiality protocols for sensitive information.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent rating quality and understanding of evolving guidelines.
- Manage your workload efficiently to meet daily and weekly rating targets.
Required Skills
- Exceptional eye for detail and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated understanding of fundamental design principles and creative writing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
