Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Car Valeter to join our busy team in Coventry. This is an immediate start, full-time position that requires a high level of energy and a love for working outdoors. You will be responsible for ensuring all our vehicles are presented to the highest standards, ready for display or customer handover. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being active, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning vehicle exteriors using appropriate cleaning agents, equipment, and techniques.
- Polishing, waxing, and protecting vehicle paintwork.
- Vacuuming and cleaning vehicle interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and dashboards.
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and trim both inside and out.
- Applying tyre shine and ensuring wheels are spotless.
- Maintaining a clean and organised valeting bay.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Assisting with moving vehicles around the site as required.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- High level of physical fitness and stamina for outdoor work.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Reliable and punctual.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in car valeting or detailing (not essential as training will be provided).
- Knowledge of different cleaning products and techniques.
- Enthusiasm for cars and the automotive industry.
