Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as a Home Support Pro. In this 100% remote role, you will be the front line of support, assisting global users with various inquiries, technical issues, and service requests from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical and non-technical support to global users via phone, email, and chat.

- Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional, friendly, and efficient service.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Continuously update knowledge on products, services, and technical processes.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall support efficiency.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
- Technical aptitude and comfort with basic computer troubleshooting.
