Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative in Montreal. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our solutions. You will receive extensive paid training to equip you with the product knowledge, sales techniques, and tools necessary to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with potential clients and qualify sales leads.
- Understand customer needs and pain points to propose tailored Concentrix solutions.
- Deliver compelling virtual presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in sales and a natural aptitude for selling.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a competitive spirit.
- Ability to learn new products and sales techniques quickly.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (CRM experience a plus).

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is an asset.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingualism in English and French is highly preferred, given our diverse client base in Montreal.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
