Job Description

Join our professional team in Winnipeg as a Membership Services Aide! This role is perfect for an organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork. You will be instrumental in supporting our membership programs, ensuring members receive exceptional service and their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of data accuracy, providing timely support, and collaborating closely with your team to deliver seamless service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to members via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries regarding membership benefits, services, and policies.
  • Process new membership applications, renewals, and cancellations with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the database system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Assist with resolving member issues and complaints, escalating complex cases to appropriate senior staff when necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service delivery.
  • Generate and distribute membership-related communications and reports as required.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
