This unique role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of community engagement, operational support, and player experience during peak Saturday and Sunday hours. You will be at the forefront of ensuring our players have seamless and enjoyable experiences, whether through live event support, community interaction, or critical issue resolution. We offer premium pay for weekend shifts, recognizing your commitment and vital contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional on-site support for EA Sports community events, tournaments, or local activations during weekends.
- Act as a frontline ambassador for EA Sports, engaging with players and fans to gather feedback and foster a positive community.
- Monitor and respond to player inquiries and issues across various platforms (in-person, social media, forums) during weekend hours.
- Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of weekend operational needs, ensuring smooth functioning of games and systems.
- Escalate complex technical issues or critical player feedback to relevant internal teams for rapid resolution.
- Contribute to post-event or post-weekend reports, providing insights on player sentiment and operational performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current EA Sports titles, updates, and community trends.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for EA Sports titles and the gaming industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service or community engagement experience.

- Availability to work consistent Saturday and Sunday shifts, including potential evenings.
