Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and environmentally conscious Ecological Image Tagger to join our Green IT Projects team in Coventry. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately annotating and categorizing vast datasets of ecological imagery. Your work will directly support the development and training of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models used in critical environmental monitoring, conservation, and sustainability initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the environment and looking to contribute to impactful green technology solutions, even if you are new to the field of data tagging. You will work closely with data scientists, environmental specialists, and project managers to ensure the highest quality of data for our innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately tag, classify, and annotate ecological images and video frames according to detailed project guidelines.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of annotated data, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with data science and environmental teams to understand project requirements and refine tagging protocols.
  • Maintain strict adherence to data integrity, confidentiality, and security standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of annotation processes and tools.
  • Manage and organize large volumes of image data effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of ecological concepts and tagging software.

Required Skills
