Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Esthetician Apprentice to join our thriving team in Ogden. This is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about skincare and beauty to gain hands-on experience and professional training. As an Esthetician Apprentice, you will embark on a structured paid training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a licensed and successful Esthetician. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learn advanced techniques, client consultation, and the day-to-day operations of a premier spa. A professional product kit will be provided to support your learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all aspects of the paid training program, including theoretical and practical sessions.
- Assist licensed Estheticians with client consultations, treatment setup, and post-treatment care.
- Learn and practice various facial treatments, waxing techniques, and other esthetic services under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common spa areas.
- Observe and understand client communication, scheduling, and product recommendations.
- Adhere to all sanitation and hygiene standards as mandated by state regulations and company policy.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills.
- Manage and utilize the provided professional product kit effectively.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and record-keeping.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience in any industry.
- Completion of a beauty or cosmetology program (not required for apprenticeship, but a plus).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
