Job Description

Tim Hortons in Halifax is hiring a Fast Food Customer Service Assistant with flexible hours and no prior experience required! Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions with precision, including processing payments and giving change.
- Prepare and serve a variety of Tim Hortons products, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and food preparation stations.
- Replenish supplies and inventory as needed to ensure smooth operation.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and cash handling.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
