Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate cash register and handle financial transactions with precision, including processing payments and giving change.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of Tim Hortons products, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and food preparation stations.
  • Replenish supplies and inventory as needed to ensure smooth operation.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and cash handling.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience (any industry).
  • Availability for various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
