Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Google Support Clerk to join our remote team, serving as a primary point of contact for users encountering issues with Google products and services. This is a stable, long-term work-from-home opportunity, providing crucial support and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients’ customers. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding users through various Google platforms while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering world-class support in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for Google products and services via chat, email, and phone.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to higher-tier support when necessary.
  • Educate users on product features and best practices to enhance their experience.
  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google product updates and changes.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve support processes.
  • Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed at all times.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in using web-based applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role.
