Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Google Training Coordinator to join our Corporate Education team in Exeter. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution and success of our internal and external training programs with a specific focus on Google technologies and platforms. You will be instrumental in scheduling, logistics, resource management, and participant communication, contributing directly to the professional growth of our employees and the effectiveness of our educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all Google-focused training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage logistical arrangements including venue booking (virtual and physical), equipment setup, and material preparation.
- Liaise with internal subject matter experts and external Google trainers to confirm availability and content delivery.
- Administer participant registration, communication, and attendance tracking using various learning management systems.
- Prepare and distribute pre-training materials, post-training surveys, and certification information.
- Maintain up-to-date training calendars and resources, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Education team, assisting with reporting and program evaluation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in training coordination and delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative support role, preferably in training or events.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training management software.
- Understanding of corporate training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Prior experience coordinating technical or IT-related training programs.
- Certification or advanced training in Google products or platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
