Job Description
Join the AdventHealth Food & Nutrition Services team as a High School Dishwasher! This entry-level position is perfect for students looking for their first job experience. No prior resume or experience is required – we provide all the training you need. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours designed to accommodate your school schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils.
- Sort and stack clean dishes, ensuring proper storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, counters, and equipment.
- Remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and dining staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
