Job Description
We are seeking a charming and professional Part-Time Host / Hostess to join our esteemed team at The Queens Hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a seamless and delightful start to their experience with us. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for hospitality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service within an elegant setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the venue.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring smooth flow.
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and introducing them to their server.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and entrance.
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and assist with guest inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with the dining and kitchen staff to ensure optimal service.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with grace and discretion.
- Provide information about the hotel's services, facilities, and daily specials.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within hospitality.
