Job Description
Walmart is seeking a dedicated and efficient Inventory Hand to join our team in Davenport, Iowa. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, unpack, and process incoming merchandise.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment or transfer.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and reconciliation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or inventory management role.
- Experience with inventory management systems or scanners.
