Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Live-in Farm Harvesters to join our team at G’s Fresh in King’s Lynn, Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking for stable employment in the agricultural sector with the added benefit of on-site staff housing and meals provided. As a Farm Harvester, you will be crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient harvesting of various fresh produce, contributing directly to our mission of delivering quality food. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual harvesting of a variety of crops, including lettuce, celery, and onions, following company quality standards.
  • Operate basic farm machinery and tools safely and efficiently after receiving appropriate training.
  • Assist with crop maintenance tasks such as weeding, planting, and irrigation as required.
  • Monitor crop quality and report any issues or anomalies to the team leader.
  • Work collaboratively with the farm team to achieve daily harvesting targets.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations on the farm.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised work environment.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications
