Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Live-in Soft Fruit Pickers for the upcoming harvest season in Derby, Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors, are detail-oriented, and appreciate a vibrant team environment. As a live-in position, accommodation is provided on-site, along with a travel allowance to support your journey to us. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. Come and play a vital role in harvesting delicious strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick soft fruits by hand, ensuring minimal damage and optimal ripeness.
- Follow specific picking instructions and quality guidelines for each fruit variety.
- Work efficiently to meet daily picking targets.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment in the fields.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on the farm.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
