Job Description

Join Microsoft’s dynamic customer care team as a Customer Care Specialist focusing exclusively on written correspondence. In this fully remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and guiding them through various product and service challenges, all through digital channels. We are looking for individuals with excellent written communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping others, even if you have no prior experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues exclusively via email, chat, and other written communication platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical customer problems related to Microsoft products and services.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, following established protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation to improve support processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Microsoft products, services, and features to provide informed support.
