Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Detailer with a specialized focus on leather care to join our growing team. As a Mobile Detailer, you will be responsible for providing top-tier automotive detailing services, with an emphasis on expert leather cleaning, conditioning, and restoration, directly at our clients’ locations. All necessary equipment and a company vehicle will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive mobile automotive detailing services, specializing in advanced leather care (cleaning, conditioning, protection, minor restoration).
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art detailing equipment and tools provided by the company.
- Travel efficiently and safely to various client locations within the Winnipeg area using a company-provided vehicle.
- Ensure all services are completed to Ziebart's stringent quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage scheduling and appointments effectively to maximize productivity and punctuality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering client questions and explaining services clearly and professionally.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment within the company vehicle and at client sites.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in automotive detailing, with a strong emphasis on leather care techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workflow.
- Physical stamina to perform detailing tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional detailing experience, specifically with diverse leather types.
- Certification in automotive detailing or specialized leather care.
- Familiarity with various detailing chemicals and their safe application.
- Experience with other premium detailing services such as paint correction or ceramic coating application.
