Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Headlight Polisher to join our growing team in Duluth, MN. In this mobile role, you will be responsible for traveling to customer locations to perform professional headlight restoration services, ensuring optimal clarity and safety for drivers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality. You will be provided with all necessary tools and training to excel in this specialized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various customer locations within the Duluth metropolitan area to perform headlight polishing and restoration services.
- Assess headlight condition, identify the appropriate treatment, and execute the restoration process with precision.
- Utilize specialized tools and techniques to remove oxidation, yellowing, and haziness from vehicle headlights.
- Ensure a crystal-clear finish that significantly improves nighttime visibility and vehicle aesthetics.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining the service process and benefits to clients.
- Manage scheduling and route planning efficiently to maximize service appointments.
- Maintain all equipment and supplies in excellent working condition.
- Accurately complete service records and process payments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during service delivery.
