Job Description
Join Ipsos as a Mystery Evaluator and play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences across various industries. This is a contract position where you will covertly visit businesses (e.g., retail stores, restaurants, service centers) as a regular customer to assess the quality of customer service, product presentation, cleanliness, and overall experience. Your meticulous observations and detailed reporting will provide invaluable insights, helping our clients improve their operations and customer satisfaction. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on brand excellence, with reimbursement provided for pre-approved purchases made during evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct anonymous visits to designated client locations, acting as a typical customer.
- Rigorously evaluate various aspects of the customer experience, including staff interaction, product knowledge, service speed, facility cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
- Document findings accurately and objectively, noting both positive and negative aspects.
- Complete and submit detailed, well-structured online reports within specified deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client identities and evaluation findings.
- Adhere to all project guidelines and instructions precisely.
- Ensure all pre-approved purchases for evaluation purposes are properly documented for reimbursement.
