Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for flexible weekend work? IntelliShop is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Mystery Shopping Associates in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and surrounding areas. This part-time role involves conducting covert evaluations of businesses, observing specific service standards, and providing objective feedback to help our clients enhance their customer experience. You’ll play a crucial role in providing actionable insights, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to the success of diverse businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, service centers, or other businesses as a regular customer.
- Observe and evaluate specific criteria such as cleanliness, staff attentiveness, product availability, and service quality.
- Interact with employees as necessary to assess their customer service skills and adherence to company protocols.
- Accurately document observations and experiences immediately after each visit.
- Submit detailed, objective, and well-written reports online within specified deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines, instructions, and ethical standards for each assignment.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all assignment details and client information.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and objective feedback.
- High level of reliability and punctuality in completing assignments.
- Ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
- Access to a computer/smartphone and reliable internet connection for report submission.

- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.

- Previous experience in mystery shopping or field auditing.
