Job Description

A critical role supporting the smooth operations of our corporate logistics office. This position involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling communications, and ensuring the office environment is productive and well-organized for our logistics professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
  • Assist with data entry and report generation as needed.
  • Support the logistics team with administrative tasks related to shipments and operations.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
  • Process invoices and expense reports for office operations.
