Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and eager to explore the cutting edge of Artificial Intelligence? Microsoft is looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Online AI Beta Testers. In this 100% remote role, you will be among the first to interact with and provide critical feedback on our newest AI-powered applications, features, and prototypes before they are released to the public. Your insights will directly influence the development of future Microsoft products, ensuring they are user-friendly, robust, and perform optimally. Key Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and scenarios on pre-release AI applications and features.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues with clear, concise descriptions.
- Provide constructive feedback on user experience, design, functionality, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with development teams by clearly communicating findings and suggestions.
- Participate in regular feedback sessions and surveys.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines regarding unreleased products and features.
- Ensure tests are conducted thoroughly across various conditions and user interactions.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for discrepancies.
- Excellent written communication skills in English for clear bug reporting and feedback.
- Proficiency in using web and mobile applications.
- Basic technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
- A genuine interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/smartphone for testing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in software testing, QA, or user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Familiarity with bug tracking software (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Experience with Microsoft products and services.
- A degree or background in a technology-related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions to observed issues.
