Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Online Word Processor to assist 14-year-old teens with their academic documentation. This remote role involves typing, formatting, and editing various school-related documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to specific guidelines. You will play a crucial part in supporting students’ academic success by transforming handwritten notes, audio recordings, or dictated content into polished digital documents. This position offers flexible study hours, making it ideal for individuals seeking work-life balance or supplementing their income.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transcribe and type documents from various sources (handwritten notes, audio files, dictated content) accurately and efficiently.
  • Format essays, reports, presentations, and other academic materials according to specified guidelines (e.g., MLA, APA, or school-specific formats).
  • Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and typographical errors.
  • Ensure all documents are clear, concise, and professionally presented.

Required Skills
