Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our internal and client-facing career development initiatives, utilizing cutting-edge HR technology and creative platforms to empower individuals. You will work closely with HR and L&D specialists, contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of career resources, with a keen eye on how digital tools and platforms, including social media like Pinterest, can amplify learning and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of career development programs and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and talent strategies.
  • Support the administration and optimization of HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, LMS, talent management systems) related to career progression and skill development.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices in career development, HR tech trends, and innovative learning methodologies.
  • Curate and organize engaging content, potentially leveraging platforms like Pinterest, to create visual and accessible career development pathways and resources.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and career counseling appointments, both virtual and in-person.
  • Gather and analyze data related to program effectiveness, participant engagement, and career progression, preparing reports for stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the career development team, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate career development initiatives with broader HR and business objectives.

Required Skills

  • Strong interest in Human Resources, Career Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic understanding of HR technology systems or eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in an HR, L&D, or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience with content curation or social media platforms (e.g., Pinterest) for professional or educational purposes.
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and draw insights.
