Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pinterest Project Coordinator with a strong business focus to join our remote team. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our Pinterest presence to drive engagement, traffic, and sales for our diverse community of sellers. You will be instrumental in executing strategic Pinterest campaigns, coordinating content, analyzing performance, and ensuring all projects align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual marketing, a deep understanding of the Pinterest platform as a business tool, and excellent project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of Pinterest marketing projects, from planning to execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, design, analytics) to ensure timely delivery of Pinterest assets and campaigns.
- Monitor Pinterest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to inform strategy and optimize content.
- Track, analyze, and report on Pinterest campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a content calendar for Pinterest, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging and relevant pins.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Pinterest advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines across all Pinterest content.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation on the Pinterest platform to support business goals.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing, or social media management, specifically with Pinterest.
- Proven understanding of Pinterest as a business and marketing platform.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Pinterest Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and seller-focused marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles or tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Certification in Pinterest marketing or a related digital marketing field.
