Job Description
Join the IMO Car Wash team in Salford as a Rapid Car Wash Tasker! This role is perfect for energetic and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will be responsible for ensuring vehicles receive a pristine clean in under 30 minutes, contributing to our reputation for speed and quality. This is an on-site position where your dedication directly impacts customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our car wash facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior car washes according to IMO Car Wash standards within a 30-minute timeframe.
- Operate high-pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques for various vehicle types and levels of dirt.
- Inspect vehicles post-wash to ensure immaculate results and address any missed spots immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including equipment and car wash bays.
- Interact positively with customers, answering questions and providing excellent service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management skills to meet the 30-minute clean target.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and move frequently during shifts.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in car washing or automotive detailing.
- Knowledge of different car cleaning products and techniques.
- Basic understanding of car wash equipment operation.
- Full UK driving licence (useful for site transfers if needed, but not essential for this role).
