Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Jersey City. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
  • Perform general administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
  • Handle inquiries and provide basic information regarding the organization.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
