Job Description
Are you a fluent Spanish and English speaker looking for a rewarding remote opportunity? Teleperformance is seeking highly motivated Remote Bilingual Agents to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a world-class customer experience team. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
Required Skills
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience (6-12 months preferred).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
